Cancellation & Refund Policy

Off the Weight Shot ("we", "us") provides the coaching service described on offtheweightshot.com. You can reach us through our contact form.

Cancel anytime

There is no contract and no cancellation fee. To cancel:

• use the cancellation link in your Revolut payment receipt, or
• send us a message through our contact form with the email you signed up with.

Your cancellation stops all future charges. You keep your daily calls until the end of the month you already paid for.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, unused calls, or months in which you did not use the service, except where required by law.

Stopping calls

Saying "stop" on a call or replying STOP to a text ends calls and messages right away. This does not cancel billing on its own, so please also cancel your membership as described above.

Billing questions

If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will look into it.
