Off the Weight Shot ("we", "us") provides the coaching service described on offtheweightshot.com. You can reach us through our contact form.

1. The service

We provide daily habit and accountability coaching calls by phone, with text summaries and progress reports, on a monthly subscription. Your coach is an AI voice assistant, not a person.

2. Not medical care

The service is not medical care and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional. We do not diagnose, treat or advise on any medical condition, medication or dose. Talk to your doctor before starting, stopping or changing any medication, diet or exercise program. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You must provide a phone number that you own or are authorized to use.

4. Calls and texts

By signing up you agree to receive automated and AI-generated calls and text messages from us at the number you provide. You can opt out at any time by saying "stop" during a call or replying STOP to any text. Opting out of calls ends the coaching service but does not cancel your subscription; please also cancel it (see section 6).

5. Subscription and billing

The membership costs $49 per month (USD), billed in advance every month through Revolut until you cancel. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime through the link in your Revolut receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused calls, except where required by law. See our Cancellation & refund policy.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your phone number up to date, and use the service only for your own personal coaching. Do not misuse, record for redistribution, or attempt to disrupt the service.

8. Availability

We aim to place one call every day at your chosen time, but calls may occasionally be delayed or missed because of technical or carrier issues. Missed calls do not entitle you to a refund. We may change, suspend or end the service; if we end it, we will stop billing you.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise any specific result, including weight loss or weight maintenance. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
