Off the Weight Shot ("we", "us") provides the coaching service described on offtheweightshot.com. You can reach us through our contact form.
What we collect
- Sign-up details: your name, phone number, email, time zone, preferred call time, and the goals and answers you give in our sign-up form.
- Call and message data: recordings or transcripts of your coaching calls, summaries we generate from them, and text messages we exchange with you. This can include information you choose to share about eating, exercise, weight and medication.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider, Revolut. We receive your name, email, plan and payment status. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website usage: pages visited, clicks and device information, collected through Microsoft Clarity using cookies or similar technologies.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
- To schedule and place your coaching calls and send call summaries and reports.
- To remember your goals and earlier calls so each call continues where the last one ended.
- To process payments and manage your membership.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To improve our website and service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising by third parties.
Calls and texts
By signing up you agree to receive automated and AI-generated calls and text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by saying "stop" during a call or replying STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply.
Your coach is an AI voice assistant, not a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Tally (sign-up and contact forms)
- Revolut (payments)
- Our voice and phone providers (placing calls, sending texts, transcription)
- Microsoft Clarity (website analytics)
- Our website hosting provider
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your membership is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes). You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop calls and texts, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Health information
We are not a healthcare provider and this service is not medical care. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Information you share on calls is used only to provide your coaching.
Children
The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new date.
